| New Breed Logistics | 4320 N. Slyvania Fort Worth , TX 76137 |
| Trainer | August 2007- November 2010 |
- New breed Logistics is a customer service and cell phone refurbishment company. It has a major contract with Verizon Wireless to credit customers after they return cell phones, laptops, routers and other high tech components. We then evaluate the returns, fix, repair and refurbish as needed. My job is to train up to 5-30 new employees at a time on how to use the Warehouse Manager Computer program so customers receive confirmation and credit on their sent electronics. I also spend a considerable amount in the training room working hands on with students showing them how to function test phones and properly diagnose issues or failures with the electronics looks or performance. Periodically, updated materials were used to retrain existing employees and supervisors on changes in procedure and job duties to keep them current and informed. Over a course of 6 weeks I examined the quality of employees work and verified they were able to complete their tasks error free. At this point I would give my recommendation to the temp agency and management as to which employees were the best assets to the company and worth keeping.

| Valeo | 150 Stephenson Hwy Troy, MI 48083 |
| Inspector and Quality Control | 2002-2004 |
- Valeo is an industrial engineering group that designs, produces and sales components, integrated systems and modules for the automotive industry. I started off as a worker running PCB (printed circuit boards) cutting machines and silicone spraying conveyors. An advancement led me to quality control where I would inspect automotive ignitions for defects. A final promotion led me to an inspector position in a vital area on the work floor. In this area I ran a wave soldering oven the length of half a city block, loaded reels with various components, capacitors and chips. Robotic arms would then grab the parts and place them onto the circuit board where they would pass through an oven and be soldered . I would then inspect the boards to check for proper alignment and adherence.
