Test and inspect air conditioning hoses made of aluminum tubing and rubber hoses torqued to each side of a valve. Duties included inspecting the valves to be certain there were no pinched o rings,operating a leak tester and putting on sleeves,end caps and tie straps. As well, I operated torque machines and assembled the hoses and packing and shipping. Doing all quality checks and first piece checks and gauging.
