  • Assisted in the data migration of 500,000+ documents from the Citadon Document Management System to the Documentum Management System during a large project.

  • Responsible for the Cyco AutoManager Workflow document management system of over 39,000 AutoCAD drawings.
  • Supported end users across the refinery with any issues that arose with the Workflow System.
  • Scanned manual drawings and placed them into the Auto Manager Workflow Drawing System and placed a paper copy into the vault room.
  • Created drawing management Archive database via MS Access.
  • Logged manual drawings into the archive database and shipped them to offsite storage site.
  • Responsible for checking drawings in and out of the Workflow system for end users.
  • Responsible for assigning the correct rights and permissions for drawings to end users.
  • Worked with outside engineering firms checking out drawings and sending them through FTP.
  • Performed CAD standard checks on drawings returned from clients.
  • Walked down drawings in question to ensure what the outside client sent back is what was on the drawings.
  • Merged drawings returned from different clients per CITGO contract agreement with clients.
  • Replaced new correct drawings into the Workflow system and replaced the old copy in the vault room.
  • Produced up to 30 drawing sets for meetings and design reviews.
