  • I was promoted to assistant manager at Advance America after a very short period of time. My rapid understanding of the job duties and my commitment to learning allowed me to advance quickly!   • I was promoted to a save team specialist after only 4 months of being with the company. My duties were as follows: Handeling customers who wanted to cancel their packages for a refund. I had to basically resell the idea of the vacation to clients, offer incentives, listen and understand their concerns and try to figure out how to help them best, make decisions with regards to refunding the accounts or not. Using a computerized system to log calls and look up information, transfer calls to other departments.
