- While a student at Teen Challenge, i was the center's cook for 8 months.My duties were to prepare meals for 30-35 students & staff 3 times daily.I also prepared and cooke da banquet for 350 people while maintaining my regular duties.I then moved to Brandon and became the resident cook / intern at the T.C. center for 6 months. I have years of experience working in the restaurant industry and am always willing and eager to learn new methods.
