My job was to manage the second shift and load molds into the spray booth for the third shift painters.Made sure that the second shift employees pull out all boat parts,which includes, hulls and decks so that the production line can have work to do in the morning.During the time that i was with the company the production number increased from 40 to 85 boats a week.It was never done before by changing the old way to the new way. I made the job easier and more productive for the company.

I disassembled engines for chrysler,and i also worked as an cnc machine operator.Ampro Machine:This machine was used to burn off the old oil and paint.Magnaflux Machine: This machine was used to check for cracked heads and cracked motors,also, used the forklift to move motors around from one line to the next.I changed the old way of dissembling to the new way that sped up production.

My job was to inspect parts making sure that the parts qualify for the production assembly line.I also made sure that the parts had any damages.
