Machine Operator Die Cast
I worked with manual and automatic die cast machines. Also with robotic machines. I was responsible for keeping the machines running, testing the parts to specifications hourly, for helping to train the new temps, and to communicate with the other shifts the issues of the shift so they could keep the production moving. I was respondsible for finding defects and trying to problem solve the issue or to bring it to q.a. to get it resolved as fast as possilble. I packaged and printed lables so the shipping department could load and ship as quickly as possible. Our motto was Safety, Quality, Production.
