I have been trained in Computer Fundamentals as well as interviewing,documenting and have worked with doctors and dentist to gain information about clients. I have also done home visits and established a relationship with my assigned families in a home and school setting.

I was assigned a case load of 34 students and their families. I was responsible for doing home visits, requesting needed information from doctors,dentist and parents as needed. I was then required to input the information into the online database. Most importantly my job was to establish a relationship with the families and make sure they had what they needed to thrive and if they were in need of assistance I would then connect them with the resources needed.

Ohio Veterans Home, Sandusky, Oh, State Tested Nurses Aide, January ,2004 - January 2007
I was responsible for the care of 16 men and women on the locked Alzheimer unit. I would bathe,feed and cloth them as well as change them and clean as needed. I did the laundry and spent time with them to calm them down as needed.

I was responsible for the care and well being of 16 Alzheimer residents in a locked unit. I would attend to their need of bathing,feeding and clothing/changing as need to ensure they were dry and healthy.
