- 1998-2011 Acquired extensive knowledge of Liberty Mutual's telephone and computer system. Allowing me to become the "go to" person for trouble shooting telephone and computer problems wliminating the excessive need fro technical assistance from our help desk.

1994-1996 The ability to scan documents into an electronic e-file allowed me to eliminate the filing department. This allowed anyone at anytime to view file contents from their computer.
