  • Equipment Maintenance- Using tools correctly to adjust any settings on a piece of equipment on a component level, or using calibrations standards correctly to test the equipment functionality. Some soldering experience when working with electrical components.
  • Electronics Calibration- Following any specified technical process for testing that the equipment is not faulty and is within the specifications determined by the manufacturer or a higher equipment standard per Air Force instructions.
  • Training in leadership and followership through Military Basic Training.
  • Learning new tools in the company to better assist each customer with a seamless customer experience
  • Following troubleshooting guides to help any customer having an issue with the service, whether they have an error message on screen, signal related problems… etc.
  • Using the software provided by the company to look over a customers billing information to explain the information to the customer, while complying with all business rules regarding the different types of accounts. I.e. - residential, public/private business and national accounts.
  • Computer knowledge and understanding including the use of Microsoft documents.
