Objective

My objective is to teach in a Special Education setting I have loved the experience and the Challenge of working with children with special needs. They are like a puzzle with each being a unique way to make them happy and productive Children and Adults.

Work with a variety of diagnosises from Autistic, OCD, ADHD, etc. Many children with multiple diagnosis. Have been trained and certified on Mindset, LSCI, and Circle of Courage. Have been CPR Trained and Certified for 16+ years. Collect and inputting of data to show progress and compliance with Individualized Education Plans of each student. Supervise students with a variety of physical and learning disabilities to assist them in the mastering of their IEP goals.

Developed the centers curriculum. Had my CDL for 5 Years to drive the bus. Organized and carried out the lesson plans for three year old classroom and got them ready for preschool. The contact person for Children that were showing signs of disabilities of any kind between parents and county services. Instructed students in academic subjects, using a variety of techniques such as phonics, multisensory learning, and repititional skills, to meet the students' various needs and interests. Designed and implemented curriculum and multisensory lesson plans for different subjects.
