- I have many years in the construction and assembly field. My skills include concrete demolition, slab grading, form work, sand blasting, pouring and finishing concrete, caulking, waterproofing, minor masonry, pipe fitting, and expansion joint installation and repair. I can run all types of small to medium equipment such as forklifts, concrete buggies, bobcats, skidsters, manlifts and gradalls. I can use all types of tools (tape measures, hammers, wrenches, drivers, drills, saws, routers, knives etc). I can read blueprints and schematics. I have taken and passed OSHA, CPR, manlift, scaffolding and first aid classes. I am certified in post-tension cable installation and repair. I have been the foreman on jobs where the man power ranged from 2 to 30 people on the job site. I have done jobs for cities, states, airports and universities that were of the multi-million dollar value. I possess cooperative and leadership skills that make for a safe, clean, efficient and productive workplace.
