Achievements	Curriculum Design: Designed, developed and implemented daily lessons for 160+ students. Material Development: Created classroom method for new Percussion techniques class targeting beginning students to create an engaging educational experience. Students were also given the chance to compose their own music by the end of the school year. Student Involvement/Behavior: Established a very family oriented classroom setting in order to help the students one-on-one with their problems. This made it easier for a more respectful and higher expectation in the classroom. Parent Communication: Regularly met with parents to discuss student issues and course weakness areas [through face-to-face and Email communication].
