My duties include greeting guests, taking orders, upselling our products, delivering hot food, cashing them out and some times light food prep. I am also responsible for cleaning and stocking and maintaining our newly remodeled building in good condition.

In 2008, I moved from the Troy store to a Piqua Subway store ran by a different owner. First, I was assistant and then I was moved to the manager. In this position I learned how to do inventory, ordering the truck, keeping up with sales and waste, dealing with inspections and customer complaints within the store, scheduling, payroll and the everyday tasks involved in running the store.

After a year I advanced further to the position of an account manager moving me from hourly to salary. Each day I was responsible for invoicing, putting production orders out to the production floor, dealing with customers over the telephone, fax and e-mails. I was also responsible for handling customer complaints. This job consisted of learning to multitask and at times running and shipping the product myself.
