Objective

I want to bring my skills and sales experience to a company that will utilize my biggest assets. To be a "Company Man" which is paramount to success. I was taught almost every element of sales by some of the most talented salesmen in the country. I specialize in handling problems, and have a 2% LIFE TO DATE cancellation rate.

Skills

I have what most call "Good People Skills" and have never had a client that I lost due to the lack thereof. I was trained to never "pre-judge" any client, and I would say that as a Sales Manager, the lack of communication after the sale was the largest hurdle for most of my salespeople. I can motivate salespeople who are not performing to company expectations, and have trained hundreds of hours with some of the very best in the country. After becoming an actual sales trainer, I taught what works. I am an expert at overcoming objections, and can almost always turn even the most stubborn prospective client into a happy and prolific customer for my company. I have also been blessed with a knack for interviewing and hiring as well as the rare occurance of reviewing and letting non performing employees go without them feeling like they failed.

I started my own company after the real estate market crashed in 2007. We live in a resort destination, and though homes were not selling well, the Island of Sunset Beach has a great rental market for weekly summer rentals. I grew this company from it's beginning stages until I had OVER 50 rental homes that I managed, and over Twenty sales listings. I sold the LLC when approached by the largest Coldwell-Banker operation in the area, they made me a great offer and I accepted. That company still enjoys a great amount of success on Sunset Beach, NC.

I was hired to increase sales and to increase the volume of sales listings for CGCP. I sold 1.3 million in 2005. 2.9 million in 2006, and 2.3 million in 2007. I also acquired over 100 sales listings during my tenure there. I left to start my own business on January 1st, 2008.
