I have been a tech supervisor for Cyclone Communications for 3 years. My duties included routing daily work orders to techs, training new hires, Qc tech's installs, payroll, and communicate with Charter Communications management. I was supervising techs in four cities Austin, Albert Lea, Owatonna, and Faribault, Mn. Most recent I had been a broadband tech level 3 for Charter Communications doing service calls, outages, installs of video,high speed internet/wireless networks, and phone. Extensive knowledge in Uhf/Vhf/and all signal frequency bands. Signal leakage, network cards, wireless modems/wireless cards/troubleshooting, hybrid fiber coaxial systems,forward/return paths, Qam, ingress/egress, electromagnetic interference, low voltage, (FCC) regulations in radio frequencies, DC loop resistance. I am a hands on learner but book smart also, if I don't know how to do something I learn very quickly.
