• Description:
• We are looking for a Junior Level (3 years of experience) IT support to provide Executive support exclusively for the CEO. (may be called upon for staff, as well.)This position will require 3 years of experience providing IT support in the financial domain. White Glove Executive support is high desirable. Excellent opportunity to grow into senior role.
• Job Details:
• Roles & Responsibilities
• - Primary role will be to provide technical support to the CEO
• - Troubleshoot various technology issues, including personal and business technologies in a timely fashion
• - Manage Technology vendors and service providers, including Audio Visual, Computing, Security and Voice
• - Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies for consumer and business use
• Requirements
• - Minimum 3 years experience in the Information Technology industry, servicing high profile and results-oriented users
• - Willingness to travel
• - Bachelors Degree
• - Off-hours support
• - Fast Learner
• Technical Skills
• - Microsoft Windows Server 2003
• - Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
• - Microsoft Office Suite (2003/2007)
• - Microsoft Windows Server Services (IIS/DHCP/DNS)
• - Blackberry Enterprise Server 4.1
• - Blackberry Desktop
• - Windows XP Professional
• - VPN Experience
• - Photo and Video editing experience
• - Web programming, Audio/Visual experience(Crestron), Phone system (Panasonic) and Mac experiences are STRONG PLUSes!!!
• There will be some travel to the Hamptons, VA ....to name a few places
