- ACD Direct currently has openings for Customer Service Professionals to process our inbound non for profit, lead generation and donation based clientele. Sales experience, WAH experience, Bilingual (Spanish) abilities and a strong desire to succeed are always beneficial!

- •Minimum 6 months formal call taking experience (preferably call center related)
