Job Description:

• Experienced Mortgage Loan Processor needed immediately for high volume high paced company. Must be able to answer these questions and send with resume:
• How many loans have you ran DO/DU on?
• When was the last time you ran DO/DU?
• How are your computer skills? Poor/Average/Good/Excellent
• Can you start on May 4th,2009?
• Can you work every day in our office in Buckhead?
• Are you Ok with paying $65 a month for parking or taking Marta (our building is on the Marta line)?
• What was your W2 income for 2006, 2007, 2008? (will be verified)

Experience Requirements:

• Minimum 3 yrs experience
• Encompass/Calyx
• DO/DU/LP
• Speed and accuracy a must, with excellent computer skills
• Customer service, communication, follow up
