Job Description:

• Recruit, manage and maintain a marketable network of small market radio stations -- via college, online, satellite (XM), ect -- and other potential lines of business as they are developed. Provide service to members in the field and coordinate problem resolution with administrators at Krusader Publishing.

Education Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED equivalent

Experience Requirements:

• Self motivated, energetic sales professional with demonstrated ability to achieve pre-determined sales goals and quotas.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
• Experience in a market research or commissioned sales position field where in-home contact and training is involved is a plus.
• Ability to work independently from a remote office environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to collaborate with customers, staff, and management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work non-standard schedule including weekends and evenings.
• Spanish Bilingual skills preferred, but not required.
