Education Requirements:

2 years of verifiable full-time experience, within the last 5 years, preparing and cooking large quantities of food in an institutional kitchen such as a hospital, correctional facility or the military or for a commercial high volume food service operation such as an airline or large hotel, or in setting such as a hotel, restaurant, or institution; AND
Ability to lift and carry 50lbs. and to mix and stir large quantities of food substances on a routine basis.
