Job Description:

• Board of Directors member needed for start-up company.
• This is not a paid position.
• Monetary benefits come when company becomes profitable.
• Approximately 4 - 6 hours per week is anticipated.
• Position:
• Chief of Sales & Marketing
• Responsibilities:
• Provide marketing tools for use by Financial Officer and Production Officer.
• Provide marketing strategy
• Negotiate client contracts.
• Once profitable, provide review of Sales & Marketing
• Qualifications:
• Must have worked with start-up companies.
• Must be well connected to medical equipment vendors.
• Must have good rapport with direct sale, end user.
• Company Objective:
• Manufacturer/assembler of bio-analytical sulfide research equipment.
• Company Status:
• No sales, no marketing, no company structure.
• One patent accepted.
• One patent is pending.
• Awaiting submission of two patent applications.
• Product R&D is ongoing.
• Sulfide Research:
• Within the last 12 years, sulfide has been discovered to play an important role in the body, affecting each cell.
• Sulfide in the form of hydrogen sulfide is the third known “Cell Signaling Gas” produced within our bodies.
• Sulfide research has shown links to cardiovascular health, diabetes, Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, erectile disfunction, arthritis and numerous other maladies.
