Job Description:

• The Database Integration Solutions Specialist will be responsible for design, creation and implementing solutions based on Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Databases, Reports and Integration Services Products. The technology strategy will be defined by the IT Manager but the specific solutions will be up to the specialist. Additionally the Specialist will be expected to administer all database objects in any form.

Education Requirements:

• High School Degree required.
• 2 years of college required.
• 4 years of college preferred.
• Extensive training in Microsoft Products including, MS Access, MS Excel, MS SQL Server 2000, MS SQL Server 2005.

Experience Requirements:

• 2 Years of Medical Industry or Insurance Industry or Billing Industry Knowledge. Any combination.
• 2 Years of MS Power Point, MS Visio and Exchange experience.
• 2 Years of Sharepoint content publishing experience.
• 5 Years of team application development and deployment experience.
• 5 Years of MS Access to SQL Server migration experience.
• 4 Years of database development, administration and support experience.
• 5 Years of team participation in Data Warehouse and Tier Architecture experience.
• 5 Years of SQL Reporting Services Graph creation experience.
• 10 Years of Application Life Cycle experience.

Duties

• Provide solutions that require the moving of nonstandard (flat) files into relational databases.
• Create and maintain SSRS Reports.
• Create and maintain SSIS Packages.
• Maintain / develop the propriety (SQL Server & MS Access) Databases.
• Administer internal software packages and develop new tools for internal use as needed to achieve clinical integration (CI) certification.
• Troubleshoot and manage internal and external software problems. Development of software, tools, and utilities that are designed to enhance the overall efficiency of the staff.
• Provide product knowledge for successful IT implementations and support.
• Provide technical / analytical expertise for successful IT implementations and support.
• Participate in the development of enhancements to production websites.
• Create written documentation of systems and procedures.
• New IT base projects to continue business growth.
