Job Description:

• Looking for someone with a depth of experience and management. Solid tenure in roles (5+ years in full time roles.) Good mix of traditional and digital. Really looking for that superstar who has deep management experience and can mentor the team (both print and digital).

Experience Requirements:

• Will be the creative lead on all business, big role in new business development.
• -Must have art direction background (not writing) 10 years or so
• -Solid mix of digital AND traditional … digital is more important, but must have both
• -Solid design background, really have a portfolio that shows clean, modern design
• -Experience with sports (not pro sports, think performance sports like running, mountaineering, etc.) a huge plus
• -Captivating presentation skills
• -Looking for someone who is hungry, still on the upswing of their career (not someone who is coasting in their career)
• - Must have exceptional management and leadership skills, managed a team of 12+ people
